Return Policy:
Please inspect your merchandise immediately for accuracy or damage.
If an item is wrong or damaged please e-mail us immediately at rai@raintreeforestproducts.com for approval of return. We will e-mail you back with instructions for return.
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 10 days of the shipment date, and it is subject to inspection. Please return items in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
